This past weekend’s Villa d’Este Concorso d’Eleganza has brought out some of the most luxurious beauties including the Aston Martin One-77. Not the one to be outdone, Bugatti has unveiled four Centenaire special-edition Veyrons to continue the company’s 100th anniversary celebrations.
Each one-off Veyron pays homage to Bugatti’s motor-racing history “which played a central role in popularising and ultimately establishing the myth which the brand continues to enjoy to this day.”

The “New York Street Advertising Takeover” by Jordan Seiler went live on Saturday, when over 120 illegal billboards were white washed by dozens of volunteers throughout the city.
The project was organized as a reaction to the hundreds of billboards that are not registered with the city, and therefore are illegal. While illegal, these violations are not being prosecuted by the City of New York, allowing the billboard companies to garner huge profits by cluttering our outdoor space with intrusive and ugly ads.
After the illegal spots were white washed, late in the day yesterday over eighty artists transformed these spaces into personal pieces of art.

California-based Architecture and design firm envelopeA+D recently completed this project for one of the company’s interior designers and it’s definitely something special. The Victorian duplex is located in San Francisco and houses a creative studio on the main floor and the living quarters upstairs.

New York City’s filled with bike messengers who deliver everything from groceries to food on bicycles. On the other side of the pond, this trend has yet to catch on as most delivery is done via scooters or mopeds. Urban Bike Messengers happens to be Milan’s first bike messaging company and they were at Milan Design Week to spread the word.
