Schott and Converse have teamed up for this soon-to-be cult favorite. Schott’s known for their iconic leather motorcycle jackets and Converse’s signature Chucks have been hitting the streets for as long as our parents can remember. After checking out these Chuck Taylors, we’re left to wonder why these two American brands didn’t link up sooner.
Down to the details we go. The sneaker features a heavy-duty rear zip entry, zips under the laces and even features a quilted lining as a moto jacket would. The snaps on the tongue really drive the design of this shoe home. The familiar Chuck Taylor All Star patch is right where you’d find it at the ankle in a matching rugged black leather finish. Freshness tells us this shoe is the latest from Converse First String, the elite subdivision at the company, and they will be available at First String locations on December 15th.
