There are so many oxford shirts out on the market, how do you choose the right one for you? Of course fit and comfort should top the criteria list but we like visvim’s approach. It’s a heavier oxford shirt made from premium Egyptian Giza cotton and features native-pattern sleeve inserts. Such details take a classic piece and give it some individuality, and who doesn’t want that?
From Boris Bidjan Saberi comes this leather pouch wallet. It’s designed as a folding pouch and is nothing like your ordinary men’s wallet. The inside houses three separate components. It’s made from a soft oil washed calf leather and fastens with a black, leather-coated drawstring tie or can be wrapped and secured with the wooden toggle tie.
The wallet also comes with a protective dust bag.
Hodinkee wasn’t playing around this year at Basel 2011. The folks really dropped some epic coverage, including this piece on the Harry Winston Opus Eleven. The functionality of this timepiece is magnificent but how it came to be is no easy feat.

Engineered Garments usually makes some really eccentric pieces but this is simple but downright essential for any man’s closet. The black cotton shell is lightweight and neutral, making it an easy decision for just about any outfit. It’s made from Cordura fabric, which is a classic part of American mountaineering history. “The Clay and Raven colour combination, along with the specially requested hardware and straps, make this an especially great version of an already great bag.”
Fall 2011 for Riviera Club was pure gold when we first checked it out a few months back. These shots bring the offerings together with some well thought-out styling. The pieces fit really well and the craftsmanship is amongst some of the best in the industry. The room for error in menswear these days is slim but Riviera Club’s showing no signs of letting up.
