The NAIAS in Detroit brings the unveiling of Chevrolet’s 2014 Corvette Stingray, the first Corvette to bear the Stingray moniker in over 40 years. Though this new ‘Vette is a looker, all the action is where it should be — under the hood. The Corvette Stingray features a LT1 small-block V8 engine which shells out 450 horsepower and 450-lb. of torque, with a 0-60 mph time under four seconds. So not only is this new Stingray got a ton of power, it’s got a more aggressive and refined design than its predecessor. The interior features aluminum and option carbon fiber detailing and all for a sub-supercar price.
