Carlos Campos presented his Fall/Winter 2014 collection at Industria Superstudio last night, showcasing a lineup that’s one of the cleanest we’ve seen from the Honduran designer. The collection is inspired by the rugged romanticism of the Gaucho, an equivalent of the North American “Cowboy”. This modern interpretation features the subtle design cues and tailoring that Campos is known for. The designs have been constructed in a streamlined color palette of navy and white, and feature unique prints, inspired by the Gaucho’s trusty horse, artfully placed on wovens and shirting.

Geometric prints can also be seen on ultra-soft synthetic textiles, while poncho-inspired sweatshirts and outerwear take shape with innovative lines and spacious silhouettes. Some of our other favorites pieces include the strong range of outerwear such as a navy double-breasted scuba coat as well as poncho-style wool jacket in the same finish.
