One of New York’s finest denim shops 3sixteen has connected with Canadian bootmaker Viberg for the Carolina Service Boot, a striking new rendition of their iconic boot. It features a familiar brogued captoe and Dainite sole, while the tongue gets some contrast in the form of a light tan leather that will age and darken over time. The boot leather is Horween’s Carolina Brown chromexcel which has been exclusively reserved for this 3sixteen collaboration. Carolina brown has a lightly reddish hue to it as compared to the standard brown chromexcel, and appears to have a slightly matte finish.
