With the 2014 Beijing Motor Show now underway, Mercedes-Benz has debuted the Concept Coupé SUV, a major unveil that looks to compete directly with the likes of BMW’s X6. It features an aggressive look, with large wheel arches, strong 22-inch wheels, a high beltline and plenty of ground clearance. The soft lines throughout the SUV blend well with other fine, coupe-like details like its recessed door handles, frameless side windows. Power in this concept comes from a twin-turbocharged V6 that delivers 333 horsepower and is then mated to the German automaker’s 9G-TRONIC PLUS nine-speed automatic transmission. 4MATIC permanent all-wheel drive and an adaptive air suspension are both on board as well.
