From Sherwin-Williams comes ColorSnap, an iPhone application that allows you to use your favorite images and match them to more than 1,500 Sherwin-Williams colors. It’s great for taking those select pieces you can’t live without and making sure it goes nicely with your next paint color. Advanced information includes RGB numbers and paint names.

Born in Canada in the 70s, Kevin Cyr migrated to Maine in his early childhood, then making a leap to Massachusetts College of Art, from where he received his BFA. He now calls Brooklyn his home and his takes much influence from his middle-class surroundings. He’s been featured in numerous group exhibitions on the national and international front and even received praise from New American Paintings. His illustrations look to reimagine the vehicles we see on a regular basis, giving them a more defined purpose that we so-often neglect.

After focusing on product and furniture design at the Design Academy of Eindhoven, Maarten De Ceulaer went on to receive the Dynamo Belgian Young Designers Award in 2007. The desk and drawer sets for his “Leather Collection” are both functional and well-designed.

LA’s Museum of Tolerance by the architects of Yazdani Studio focuses on issues of tolerance, rights and diversity. Currently, the museum is going through an $8 million renovation that includes approximately 34,450 sf of improvements. Some of the key components include exhibit spaces, two theaters, a children’s multi-functional learning center and multi-purpose rooms.

Hulu is looking to take a piece of that pie that Windows Media Center, Netflix, Boxee and all those other set ups were eating so casually. Now, Hulu Desktop is sure to change the media streaming spectrum by providing a sleek, sharp interface that’s compatible with Mac & PC six button remotes. So what sets it apart from the rest? Well, it’s got Time-Based browsing that allows you to sort programming from when it first aired as well as a Recommendations section that takes in to account what you’ve recently watched.
Guess Hulu Labs, the site’s experiment division, is getting off on the right foot.

Zaha Hadid never ceases to amaze us. Her architecture is phenominal and her forthcoming project in Cairo, Egypt will surely be no different. The Stone Towers will occupy 525,000 sqm of land, bringing office and retail spaces, a five-star business hotel with serviced apartments, and sunken landscaped gardens and plaza called the Delta.
