We got turned to FEIT a short while back and were just stunned at the time and attention to detail they dedicated to each and every sneaker they released. Yep, sneaker. Some boot- and shoe-makers don’t spend this amount of resources when they’re dishing out product. The brand’s Superclean Lows are un-matched on the market, just off the sneaker’s minimalistic design and use of top-notch materials. The shell’s made from supple French calfskin and is fitted with waxed cotton laces. Oh, and it features handsewn Goodyear construction. Unreal.

Here’s an inside look at Ferrari‘s factory in Maranello, Italy. Design Boom went in to the factory and got to check out the carmaker’s latest addition to the plant — the ‘new assembly line’ — which focuses mainly on the final stages of the car-building process. Ferrari’s shop is a perfect blend of technology and design, as it utilizes 21,000 sq. meters of space in the most efficient manner possible. Across the two floors is a test area, prototype development facility as well as offices and meeting rooms. The space was designed by Jean Nouvel himself and really turned out tremendously.

It’s as if these guys entered my house looked at my old wallet, phone, and everything else I carry on the regular and asked — “How can we make this better?” This obviously didn’t happen but the Kenton Sorenson’s Modern Man collection really appeals to us, most likely because we are prime examples of modern men. I would think. A couple credit cards, cash and an iPhone are always with us and we’d prefer them in one place and in a slimmer silhouette than most conventional wallets.

These Italian-made brown leather boots from Alexander McQueen are most certainly a rare find as they feature three side buckles atop a chestnut-shaded shell. It’s rugged yet refined and will be a great pickup for the winter months ahead as you’ll be able to sport these in casual and more formal settings.

NOWHERE LTD./A Bathing Ape have produced this commemorative action figure set of The Beastie Boys. The figures were made for the release of their “Don’t Play No Game That I Can’t Win” music video and each 11.5″ piece comes in a 16″ x 12″ metal box accompanied with other goodies to sweeten the pot. All proceeds are split up into two children’s charitable cancer organizations — Pablove Foundation and Alex’s Lemonade Stand.
