With Project NY and the Blogger Project now in full swing, we’re really excited to present some of our favorite brands and their Spring 2013 lines. Antonio Azzuolo’s been delivering some really promising collections and the attention to detail put into their S/S 2013 line is nothing short of exceptional. The core of the collection begins with the suit jacket and branches out from there, offering up a very complete collection. There’s a ton of tuxedo-inspired detailing on the suiting as well as some of the knits, all of which actually looks quite wearable. More looks of some of our favorite product below.
The son of Italian tailors, Antonio Azzuolo’s has done good by us from his first collection a few seasons back. Montreal-bred, with a degree in fashion, he’s had the privilege of designing for Ralph Lauren and working for Hermès in Paris. So what can you expect from the culture couture creator come Spring 2010? Immaculately constructed suits, traditionally detailed, and agreeably off-kilter. A smart three-piece, its jacket primly rope-shouldered, came in denim, of all fabrics (below). Will it play to the sticks? Well, I don’t know about that, but Azzuolo’s people did note that he’s gaining momentum (and stores) in Japan.”
Showing versatility while still holding true to his knack for tailoring, Antonio Azzuolo has unveiled his third collection for the his label. The Ralph Lauren alum uses rougher fabrics like the frayed hems found on several shirt collars and a red-twill parka, the Donegal tweed suits making the line seem more wearable than ever before.
