Another collaborative effort between Shades of Grey by Micah Cohen and Ronnie Fieg, this chocolate and tweed baseball jacket is the second from the duo. The details are immense yet minimalistic, with premium cotton fabric shell and tweed sleeves, as well as stuffed quilted lining for added warmth. The jacket is limited to 42 pieces and will be available at Kithnyc.com today (Friday) at 11am EST.
Shades of Grey by Micah Cohen happens to be one of our favorite labels right now as the designer offers up wearable pieces at an affordable price point time and time again. They’ve teamed up with Ronnie Fieg’s new store, Kith, to make this cotton baseball jacket that features a navy body with sleeves and pocket detailing that match Fieg’s “Salmon Toe” ASICS. Only 54 jackets were made and will release on September 30 at 11 am EST to coincide with the release of the “Salmon Toe” ASICS. 24 of the pieces will be available in-store at Kith, while the remaining 30 will be up for grabs online at kithnyc.com. It’s priced at $220 USD.
Selectism turns us to this magnificent baseball jacket from American designer Thom Browne. “Burgundy wool body with contrast grey leather sleeves, this sharper cut is just that bit easier to wear and might avoid any 80’s style mishaps.” Look for this beauty at Bergdorf Goodman.
From Uniforms for the Dedicated comes this two tone baseball jacket which features a navy blue wool body with arms and details in brown leather. The jacket’s enhanced with a longer straight fit for added comfort.
The market’s been flooded with baseball jackets, but this one from Lacoste adds some great detailing, something we never tend to overlook. The knitted wool shell is in navy and is insulated with a diamond quilt lining. The classic ribbed baseball collar and the press stud closure are all standard baseball jacket details but this iconic piece of clothing is really topped off with the Lacoste crocodile on left chest.
The Woolrich Woolen Mills Sportman Baseball jacket is a rare breed as it has a 24 oz. wool shell in the label’s iconic dark blue check print. The leather sleeves compliment the wool body well and other features like press stud closure and ribben cuff and hem makes it a pretty authentic offering.
