Burberry has broke the news that their upcoming S/S ’14 Menswear Runway Show will be shifting from Milan to London. The menswear collection will be shown as part of London Collections: Men. Here’s what Christopher Bailey, Burberry Chief Creative Officer, had to say:

London is the creative heart of Burberry and our global headquarters, so we are incredibly excited to be showing our next men’s collection here. The country’s proud menswear heritage and outstanding contemporary talent give it a unique and powerful energy. It is a wonderful time to be bringing our menswear show home.

Burberry’s Menswear show will hit the runway in London on June 18, 2013.

The Burberry Prorsum Fall/Winter 2013 collection was presented earlier today in Milan. The collection celebrates sartorial Burberry classics and heritage outerwear, offering up a wide range of trench coats, tailoring, topcoats, duffel coats, and donkey jackets to name a few. Cabans, Chesterfields and prints, needle-punched heart sweaters were also in the mix, detailed with fabrics like cashmere and velvet. The colour palette featured classic trench, camel, Windsor red, dark royal purple and dark racing green.

Through Burberry’s Runway to Reality initiative, consumers can now order the men’s F/W ’13 collection exclusively on Burberry.com. Coats and accessories are available to purchase for one week until Sunday, January 20th. Each piece is made to order and delivered in just eight weeks.

Here we have a look at Burberry Prorsum’s Resort 2013 collection. With shots of both the men’s and women’s lines on display, we get a chance to see the label’s exceptional styling and layering for the winter months ahead. The color palette is really something else with dark greys and blues seen blended with olive and a pop of salmon here and there as well. Complete looks below.

Burberry has released looks at their Fall 2012 ad campaign and we have to say it’s quite different from the work we’ve seen from the British label in the past. This campaign celebrates Britishness, London and the Burberry heritage of weather protection in the most cinematic shoot to date, featuring a new cast of rising British talent – Roo Panes and Gabriella Wilde. It was shot at the iconic Royal Naval College in Greenwich, London, where the new Les Miserables is currently being filmed.

Christopher Bailey leads another tremendous showing as Burberry Prorsum presented their Fall/Winter 2012 collection on the runways of Milan. The silhouettes range from heritage trench coats, double breasted top coats and cropped bomber jackets to field caban coats, tapered turn-up trousers and other fine pieces. Mr. Bailey utilized some proper winter fabrics for the line with some amazing detailing to boot. Look for an autumn color palette as well which puts shades of khaki alongside camel, dark auburn, burgundy, plum and a good set of greys and charcoals as well.

Burberry takes its iconic trench coat and delivers it in a Taupe suede finish, though effortlessly keeping the brand’s longstanding heritage intact. It features all the proper details of a traditional Burberry trench — the two buttoned front pockets, epaulettes, belted cuffs, rain guard — and brings a heavier shell that will prove to be resourceful in the colder weeks and months ahead. The double-breasted closure provides added insulation while the hint of red on the belt closure on the front gives that added attention to detail.

Introducing the Burberry Spring Summer 2012 ad campaign, featuring new British cast Eddie Redmayne and Cara Delevingne. The casting of this new duo reflects different facets and attitudes of the Burberry guy and girl. Shot in London, the campaign reinforces the brand’s heritage in protection from the weather, showcasing outerwear including trench coats and parkas. From Burberry’s Prorsum collection for F/W comes this Italian-made orange leather tote bag. The design is a modern take on a classic tote as it features two handles, two internal patch pockets as well as one internal zipped pocket. There’s plenty of space for your day-to-day goods like laptop, camera, books and maybe even a few outfits if you’re running away for the weekend. The metal feet keep this rich leather off the ground while the subtle black trimming throughout the bag really give the bag some added detail.

Burberry London offers up their iconic trench coat in a wool-blend shell for the fall. The berry red finish makes it an essential piece for cooler months ahead as it will add some much-needed color to a normally mute season. The trench features epaulettes, cuff straps, double-breasted front, two front pockets and buttoned back pleat.
