Last week, Jay-Z announced that he’d be putting together a multi-day music festival in Philadelphia over Labor Day Weekend and today “Phase 1″ of the lineup has been unveiled. The artists announced are: Jay-Z, Pearl Jam, Skrillex, Miike Snow, Afrojack, Calvin Harris, Odd Future, D’Angelo, Maybach Music (feat. Rick Ross, Wale, Meek Mill), Passion Pit, Santigold, Dirty Projectors, X, Janelle Monae, Prince Royce, Rita Ora, Savoy (DJ set), The Knocks. The two-day event will cover three stages on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia’s Fairmount Park on Saturday, September 1, and Sunday, September 2. Budweiser and Live Nation are producing the performances, and a portion of the revenues will go to the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey.

Tickets for the event will go on sale on Wednesday, May 23rd, via Ticketmaster.com and Livenation.com. A limited number of 2-day tickets will be available for $99 (plus service charges). Tickets will be made available a day early on Tuesday, May 22 on Budweiser Facebook fan page.

3×1′s Scott Morrison has teamed up with famed photographer Ben Watts to deliver this limited edition series of skateboards for charity. Lovely ladies Jessica Hart (pictured), Lake Bell, Elsa Hosk, Behati Prinsloo and Chanel Iman were shot in 3×1 jeans and little else for five board designs including 3×1’s logo along with Ben’s signature diamond motif and Hipstamatic lens borders. There are only 60 sets in total with all profits going to the charity of the models’ choice. Pre-order all five for $400 or individual decks at $100 each through 3×1 now.

IWC has made a one-of-one timepiece to honor Muhammad Ali at this month’s annual Celebrity Fight Night event. The event was founded in 1994 by Jimmy Walker as a means to raise money for local Arizone charities. This magnificent watch comes is white gold and features a black face with red Super-LumiNova, and a black alligator leather strap in red that’s meant to represent the hue of traditional boxing gloves. There’s a special inscription that reads “Edition Muhammad Ali, ONE OUT OF ONE.” on the case back alongside Ali’s signature. The ‘Muhammad Ali’ Big Pilot’s Watch will be auctioned off at the event on March 24th with all proceeds going to charity.

Jawbone has unveiled a special release of their ultra-portable speaker the JAMBOX to support Charity: Water. This limited edition release features a black and yellow colorway with $50 of each JAMBOX sold being donated to Charity: Water to help support their staff and operations — allowing them to continue the important work of bringing clean, safe drinking water to the billion people currently living without it. Earlier this week, Hublot held an event at Miami’s Club 50 at the Viceroy Hotel, celebrating the official opening of the Hublot Bal Harbour Boutique opening. Dwayne Wade was on hand, sporting is own creation — the Hublot King Power “D-Wade”. Dwyane made his mark as a designer in creating his very own limited edition watch in collaboration with Hublot. “The elements reflect my personal style and love for basketball”, he said of the watch which features his jersey’s #3 and a bball net design on the strap.

Wade enjoyed the soiree with girlfriend Gabrielle Union and Hublot Managing Director Ricardo Guadalupe while guests danced to tunes spun by DJ Khaled. Proceeds from the Hublot King Power Dwyane Wade watch will go to support the Wade World Foundation in its efforts to promote education, health and social skills for children in at-risk situations.

Alabama-based designer Billy Reid looks to lend a hand by contributing to disaster relief initiatives with his “Rise” charity t-shirt. The tee comes in sizes for both men and women and is available for $38, with profits going directly to the Red Cross Tornado Disaster Relief Fund.
