Toronto’s Drake has released another single of his forthcoming album, “Take Care”. I’ve personally listed to it a few times since Drizzy dropped it earlier through his blog. The single coming in July while the album drops on October 24th.
I’m sure some of you caught this at last month’s Apple Store event hosted by Jake Davis but he’s finally put it out the Test Shot with Drake for all to peep. “We shot this one on a soundstage while filming the TV campaign for Thank Me Later. It incapsulates everything I love about Test Shots. Not just the amazing style but the personality and layers of people. In this case the iconism of one of our generation’s new stars.”
Drake and his creative collective, October’s Very Own, have teamed up with Canada Goose for a limited-edition run of these all-black Chilliwack Jackets. The OVO rendition of this piece is cut at the waist for mobility and is made of a heavy nylon twill satin exterior sourced in Canada, high pile polyester fleece lining, and the genuine coyote fur trim. There were 300 of these made in Canada, each individually numbered. Only 200 of these will actually be hitting select stores worldwide. The shops on the short list are: Nomad, Toronto (online exclusive); Nom De Guerre, New York; Nepenthes, New York; Colette, Paris; and Opening Ceremony, Los Angeles.
Here’s another Anthony Madler-directed video for Drake. “Miss Me” happens to be one of my favorite tracks off Thank Me Later, though there wasn’t much to hate about that album. The song features Lil’ Wayne, and even though the man’s behind bars, lucky for them most of this was shot before Weezy went in.

While you might not think newly released music fits our mold, we’ll have to avoid that healthy debate for now. The fact is that Drake‘s Thank Me Later album that’s set to drop on June 15th may be one of the most hyped albums in recent years and with good reason. The Toronto-bred rapper’s been dropping banger after banger and the latest release is definitely worth the listen.
“Light Up” features a guest spot from Jay-Z and adds more fuel to the fire. Looks like Young Money’s in good hands while Weezy’s away, amiright? Thanks to Feroz for this.

October’s very own, Drake, has just released this well-directed video for his ‘Find Your Love,’ a single off his forthcoming album, Thank Me Later. The video’s directed by Anthony Mandler, who we think is going to end up being an household name pretty soon. Check the video after the jump and be sure to grab Drake’s album when it drops June 15th.

Being the first single off Drake’s highly anticipated debut album that’s due to drop in June, “Over” is a hit and with good reason. The Canadian rapper’s mixtape, So Far Gone, showed us what he’s capable of and now the suspense is building. This video will keep us at bay. For now. Thank Me Later is due to release on June 15th.
