From Best Made Company comes their Famous Red Blanket made from Pendleton wool. “Our search for the perfect red wool blanket began out of necessity, and ended with the design and fabrication of our very own. Woven into the lower corner of our two-tone red blanket is the Best Made adjective (famous), which is framed with the four stripes that represent our C.C.G.F. mantra, and there are even subtle hash marks to guide a precision fold. The dead center of the blanket is emblazoned with our signature X, which marks the spot.” It looks phenomenal and is fitted with plenty of details while the fabric is nothing short of exceptional. Here we have a look at R.Newbold and their Fall/Winter 2011 offerings. The Japanese label looks to have a solid lineup, with some amazing outerwear pieces in the mix to really drive the collection. For Fall 2011, they’ve even collaborated with Barbour to really take things next level. They’ve reworked the M-51 parka jacket and given it a raised hood placket and leather detailings. One piece from the Barbour collaboration that really stands out is the shorter jacket which features subtle polka dot patchwork print. The duffle coat seen below is exceptional as it’s got all the makings of a classic with a blue stripe towards the bottom to stir things up. (via The189)

From Japanese label nonnative comes this daypack in an impressive colorway. The dusty blue shell works well with the tan leather base and trimmings. The double metal zipper features a long leather zip pull to protect the goods on the inside. Speaking of which, the bag features an extra external compartment to accompany the main internal compartment.

Here’s another solid offering from Golden Bear, this time in the form of their Seaside Jacket. It’s made in San Francisco’s Potrero Hill and features a 100% cotton corduroy shell and features leather trimmings throughout. The ribbed cuffs, collar and bottom give way for added insulation and look great in the contrasting mustard yellow.

Here we have a look at a special collaboration between Isaora and Porter. This canoe pack is made in Japan by legendary bag maker Yoshida & Co., and inspired by the ‘Poirer Pack’, a bag that was designed in the late 1800s by French-Canadian Camille Poirer. The bag’s designed all the elements of traveling outdoors like a thick canvas shell and flat square shape to keep things stable. This Canoe Pack features plenty of modern elements such as its engineered shape, internal iPad pouch, black felt padding, 2 side pockets, and zigzag stitching.

What makes it even more special is that $200 from each bag sold will go to the Japanese Red Cross to help with ongoing efforts relating to the devastating tsunami that hit the country.

Introducing The Genesis Project, a small brand that’s dropping some of the most creatively designed snapbacks we’ve seen since… well, ever. The Floral Collection is well thought-out and there’s some magnificent detailing throughout the hats. Hints of lambskin leather and ultra suede can be found on the back closure as well as a gold buckle. Oki-Ni presents another special from their “STYLED” segment, this time commissioning Tom Stubbs, an acclaimed stylist, tailoring specialist, and style journalist. Tom took inspiration from Peter Doyle’s book Crooks Like Us, which documents the lives of Sydney’s most notorious in the 1920s.The result is a blend of modern-day tailoring pieces with the inspirations from this nefarious period. This collection of photographs features an intriguing split personality: both timeless and modern, filled with posturing and presence, it is a rogues gallery of miscreants, resplendent in their refined tailoring. Italian bicycle manufacturer Bianchi designed this bike helmet exclusively for Gucci. The design is stylish and comfortable and features Gucci’s black with green, red and green signature web detail. The polycarbonate shell is lightweight but extremely durable, delivering the best of both worlds alongside other fine details such as the mirrored visor and leather straps.

Italian labels Stone Island and Diemme have teamed up for this chocolate suede hiking boot. It’s made at Montebelluna in Italy, as expected, and features a timeless hiking boot design, one that Diemme has rejuvenated over the past few seasons. The solid Vibram outsole works as a great platform for the brown waterproof suede upper that’s fitted with leather ankles, technical hiking eyelets, embossed Stone Island logos on the heels, and a Stone Island patch on the tongue.
