We happen to be big fans of Kentron Sorenson, mainly because his leather products are so unique and well-crafted. This wallet is no different as it will gain a deep golden color with consistent use (color change can be seen in the image above). The changes above are after four months of use. The Moncler Gamme Bleue collection for the current Fall/Winter season has hit Colette, giving us a look at what Thom Browne has cooked up for the Italian label. Thom Browne brings his “couture sensibility” to the collection, blessing us with much-welcomed pieces including short jackets and cardigans that you can wear in the brisk winter now or by the cool waters in a few months.

Another mash-up featuring Seattle’s Blackbird retail shop and New England’s Alden shoe company. This time, the duo’s taken inspiration from the simple black dress shoes of standard military dress. “The name itself comes from Baa Baa Blacksheep, a TV series that aired on NBC from 1976 to 1978. As a child born on Pearl Harbor day, our owner, Nicole, loved to watch the show with her father, and marked every birthday with WWII film marathons. A lifelong devotee of Army Navy surplus store shopping, it was a natural choice for Nicole, when it came time to design our Alden collaboration models, to reference the military look and feel she had grown up appreciating.”

Blackbird‘s been getting a few exclusive pieces from their collaboration with Alden of New England and the Hauff’s Department Store Boot will surely catch the eyes of enthusiasts the World over. This high top blucher boot with perforated straight tip was inspired by early 20th century uptown gentleman’s attire. You might have found a boot like this at Hauff’s, Ballard’s first department store.

We first turned you guys to Minnesota-based neckwear maker Pierrepont Hicks a few weeks back. As it comes to no surprise to us, their Fall collection has really gained much traction with husband and wife duo pulling out all the stops to make sure everyone gets their goods before Santa comes to town. Our favorite tie was the Field Two-Tone until we laid our eyes on the Fergus. This beauty is crafted from a silk / wool blend giving us an olive green check woven fabric finish.

It’s available in a classic, two-tone and bow tie variation with prices ranging from $59 to $89, but worth much more than that.
