Gilt MANual | A Continuous Lean Factory Tour
Though we’ve had the opportunity to visit Michael Williams from ACL on numerous occasions, we still enjoy watching the man get his well-deserved shine. The one thing you see during this sit down with Tyler and Josh of the Gilt MANual is that he doesn’t take himself too seriously. He enjoys what he does and all the recognition and respect that come with it are just bonuses.

The fine folks over at Gilt Manual are doing some great things and their Gilt Manual Minute video series is just a small snippet of what’s to come. For the first episode, Tyler Thoreson and Josh Peskowitz sit down to talk Scotch, Steven Alan shirts and Scarves. It’s an informative three minutes plus so be sure to check it out. By the way, I personally am a huge fan of Steven Alan shirts. I bought my first one off Gilt of all places a long time ago and have been purchasing them ever since. There’s my two cents on the matter.
Gilt MANual | Predicting the Future of American Men’s Fashion
I guess predicting would be too loose of term in this case. Let’s call it an educated guess. Mr. Jared Flint sat down with some of today’s most iconic and influential figures in menswear to talk future. So what is next for the American fashion scene for men? What can we expect in the seasons ahead? These answers and many more are all answered by folks like designers Simon Spurr, Michael Bastian, Billy Reid and Greg Chapman (Perfecto Brand by Schott NYC) as well as some influencers like Michael Williams (ACL) and Josh Peskowitz (Gilt Groupe).
When these men speak, it’s always best to listen as what they’re dropping is nothing short of genius. I’m not saying this to hype anyone or because I can call atleast one person in the list a friend. It’s because they have the experience to back up the words, something that’s simply priceless. My motto has always been to, “Inform, educate, inspire, and most importantly initiate passion”. This read and the folks featured within it all do this bit exceptionally well.
