Founded back in 1897, Globe-Trotter has had the privilege of making goods for many notable folks over the decades, including Winston Churchill.

Globe-Trotter and camera maker Fujifilm have teamed up for a limited edition Vulcanised Fibreboard suitcase for the Fujifilm X-Pro1 from the FinePix X Series. It features brass rivets, locks, tan leather, and finished with ‘Harrods Exclusively’ embossed leather tags and brass plaques. Each case comes with an X-Pro1 camera, a flash, filter, and three lenses and lens hoods with exclusive availability through Harrods Technology for $9,040 USD.

A few years back, Japan-based Hysteric Glamour began dishing out a string of collaborations with the late Andy Warhol’s The Andy Warhol Foundation, bringing his creative inspiration back to life. The latest brings on board Globe Trotter who are known for their hand-made luxury travel pieces. The fine luggage items feature a full skull collage on the inner fabric and an Andy Warhol signature. The line will be available for a limited time at Hysteric Glamour’s Isetan Shinjuku location.

Luxury luggage designer Globe-Trotter presented their 2009 collection at the Las Vegas tradeshows with a masterful line of bags and suitcases. The brand’s also celebrating it 110th anniversary this year, which Globe-Trotter calls “the single most important development in the brands illustrious history”.

Great Britain’s handmade luggage company Globe-Trotter is known for their un-paralleled craftsmanship and their collaboration with Barney’s New York is no different. The brand was founded in 1897 in Germany and their list of clientele explains their reputation. Sir Winston Churchill and Queen Elizabeth II have all blessed the brand.

The luggage set is comprised of four different pieces, all varying in size and prices as follows: 33″ suitcase retails for ¥201,600 (Approx. $2,237 USD), 30″ – ¥109,000 (Approx. $1,209 USD), 21″ – ¥157,500 (Approx. $1,748 USD), and the 16″ is priced at ¥89,250 (Approx. $991 USD). They are all available at Barney’s New York.
