The brand’s known for making vintage-inspired workwear and even delving into military and outdoor garments as well. Head Porter’s apparel division, Head Porter Plus, recently landed on Hypebeast’s online store. The label’s F/W 2012 offerings are as expected — minimalistic designs with fine details and amazing craftsmanship. The line features staple items such as oxford shirts and cotton chinos (with eccentric crotch detailings. The products are manufactured in Japan and can be seen through some these visuals and purchased through Hypebeast.
Union LA has taken their first delivery of footwear for the Fall 2012 season and, as you can see, they’re starting things off right. They’ve taken stock of a few high-in-demand Visvim pieces including the Grizzly Mid FOLK, Yucca Moc Mid, and FBT Shaman. Portugal-based shop Por Vocacao continues to take stock of some exceptional product and is led by a team that’s not afraid to mix notable labels with brands we’ve never heard of. Though Green George has been mentioned were lightly in conversation, Por Vocacao will carrying an extensive lineup of footwear from their upcoming Fall 2012 collection. Green George originates from Montegranaro, one of the main places for shoe production in Italy and just opposite of Buttero’s Tuscany region. Oh, and they’ve been around since the 70s, making high quality footwear based on great craftsmanship while keeping up with current trends.

Union LA continues to take stock of some solid pieces from visvim, this time getting their hands on a wider of ranger product. They’ve now gotten the Sashiko L/S Shirt, the Palimpsest Crew as well as four different colors in the Slim Chino in Giza cotton. We initially reported on Thom Browne’s first ever eyewear collection which is set to release for the Fall 2011 season a while back and it seems a few select shops have already taken stock of the goods. The shots here were taken at Hong Kong’s Dita boutique and give us detailed looks with highlights of a few key pieces. We knew this collection would be phenomenal and from what we’re seeing, Thom Browne did not disappoint.
The collection will feature 20 unique styles that draw inspiration from the professors, artists, politicians and architects of the 1940s to 1960s and will be made from acetate, with specifically developed color combinations that will be complimented by genuine leather and metal mesh side cups as well marked with Browne’s signature red, white and blue logo stripe.

Mt. Rainier Design drops a sizable delivery to San Fran’s Unionmade. The goods are of the outerwear variety, with a solid mix of jackets and vests to help us make it through this winter. Mt. Rainier Design’s exclusive, USA-made 60/40 cloth is utilized in all their jackets and vests.
Here’s a look at some of the Crescent Down Works product Tres Bien has taken stock of this week. Once again, CDW drops some exceptional outerwear and the down parka as well as the down shirt both stand out from the crowd. The down shirt comes in navy and black, as does the parka. Beyond this, the Seattle brand also delivers a 60/40 bomber jacket in navy as well as olive.
South 2 West 8, the outlet brand of the Nepenthes group, goes all black everything for Fall 2011 and offers up a fresh line of bags in nylon and premium leather materials. The range features sacks, totes and backpacks, all of which are available now at Nepenthes New York.
Union Los Angeles has taken stock of a wide range of pieces from Parabellum. Their signature bison leather goods are now available in a pumpkin finish as well as chocolate brown leather. We remember seeing last year’s black bison leather being mated with military grade ceramic detailing while this season’s goods are mated with copper.
