Apolis has released their Transit Issue iPhone 5 Wallet in a tan leather finish, to sit aside the already released black version. It’s slim, versatile and can hold cash or cards with ease of access. For the traveler, this is the iPhone case to have. I’ve been using the black version for quite sometime now and it’s easily the most convenient case on the market.
Japanese brand Roberu have updated their iconic iPhone case to fit the latest iPhone 5. It comes in a range of 5 different colors utilizing oil and camel leather and fitted perfectly with elasticity in the center back. The sewing detail is spot on and there are openings for the earphone portion, the back camera, speakers and headphone jack so you don’t compromise convenience for design. Pre-orders are available now through Roberu with deliver to begin later this month.
Killspencer introduceds their Precision Pocket Card Carrier for the iPhone 4 and 4S. It features a pretty convenient design as it’s built to protect and give you easy access to your plastic as well. It’s made in the brand’s Los Angeles workshop from premium locally-sourced Rosewood and an Italian-made Alcantara Endoskeleton. Killspencer’s patent-pending Flat Spring Card Lock mechanism ensures the cards won’t fall out.

Makr Carry Goods has crafted another fine piece, this time turning their focus on the iPhone. This leather sleeve is really well crafted though that was expected from the Florida-based brand, but we can’t help but to be amazed by the detail of this Horween leather shell. The skived and rolled edges are pristine while the sleeve is hand sewn, painted and polished with the utmost care.
We’ve seen iPhone cases done up in a wide range of colors and finishes but Il Bussetto’s leather cases really look and feel more luxurious than most of the others we’ve come across. The shell is made of hand painted leather and features a camera hole and an embossed Il Bussetto logo.
Japanese Label White Mountaineering teamed up with Men’s NON-NO magazine to celebrate their 25th anniversary, offering up this exclusive, limited iPhone 4 case in the process. The casing features a black and grey Navajo-style print with White Mountaineering’s logo in the mix as well.
iPhone cases are a plenty these days but this leather offering from J.W. Hulme is really flawless. It’s made from the brand’s “American Heritage” full-grain leather in a deep saddle brown color that’s tanned to perfection right here in the USA. The amount of attention to detail and time dedicated to each piece is epic as each piece is hand-buffed and antiqued giving it a look of gently distressed leather.
It will definitely protect your most prized possession as well as it’s lined with soft nubuc leather and fitted with a secure tab closure up top and a card pocket on the opposite side in case you’re looking to condense your belongings.
If you’re still hunting for some last-minute gifts, Jeff Staple suggests picking up one (or 3) of these iPhone 4G cases Staple did with Uncommon. The “Infamous” design happens to be my favorite but the “Benjamin” and “Pigeon Camo” shells are just as legit.
I’m always looking for creative ways to carry my iPhone and this leather case is as good as it gets. It’s made in a rugged calf leather and padded on the inside for protection. No iPhone? Well, it’s good for other things as well like loose change or your wallet and keys.

If you’re not down with the dozens of iPhone cases out on the market right now, check out the iPhone pocket from Sandqvist. It’s meant to be tossed over your neck and looks strikingly like those iconic Leica cases, no? No? Oh. Well, either way, it looks cool and the thick, brown leather helps make this case stand out. Though it’s marketed for iPhone users, it can fit any mobile phone up to 120 x 63 x 14 mm.
