Jawbone has released the Big Jambox, a larger version of the more compact Jambox. This one’s just as portable with amazing sound quality to match. Stream audio from any Bluetooth-friendly mobile device such as your iPhone or iPad. If you want more, load it with software updates and apps to take things next level. Not only can you stream phone calls and music, but you can utilize it for Skype, FaceTime, and other video chat applications as well.

Jawbone has unveiled a special release of their ultra-portable speaker the JAMBOX to support Charity: Water. This limited edition release features a black and yellow colorway with $50 of each JAMBOX sold being donated to Charity: Water to help support their staff and operations — allowing them to continue the important work of bringing clean, safe drinking water to the billion people currently living without it. UP by Jawbone is a revolutionary new product from the creator of some of the innovative bluetooth products out (see: Icon, Jambox). They’re taking wireless technology to the next level once again with this wristband, which tracks your movement, sleep patterns, and eating habits and then puts that information in the palm of your hand through an accompanying iPhone app. It’s available now in a few different colors and three different sizes.

Aliph, the makers of the Jawbone bluetooth headset lineup, have released their latest design, the Jawbone Icon. Available in the six styles above. Each has a cool name–(Clockwise from the top left) The Thinker, The Rogue, The Hero, The Ace, The Catch, and The Bombshell. From the Prime, this one packs dual-phone linkage and enhanced NoiseAssassin. Aesthetically, it’s the smallest and lightest line of Jawbones to date. Other interesting features include onboard ‘AudioApp’ which vocally broadcasts battery level and caller ID. What? You don’t want a voice rambling through your ears? Aliph has that covered by also displaying a battery gauge on the iPhone which Apple’s apparently cool with.

Aliph’s also launched a “MyTALK” website (still in beta) where you can pick and install other AudioApps and DialApps (for the multifunction button; e.g. voice dialing, free directory assistance and voice-to-SMS) onto the Icon, and both will be free except for some DialApps which require subscription.

Aliph’s second-generation Jawbone bluetooth headset has just gotten some aesthetic and internal improvements. Sound quality is still amazing with the help of NoiseAssassin’s Voice Activity Sensor, which provides great noise elimination as long as it’s touching your face. Their new Acoustic Voice Activity Detector is great for when it’s not and overall, you can expect about 3x the noies suppression as the Jawbone 2. 

The Jawbone Prime comes in well-named colors like ”Frankly Scarlet”, “Yello!”, “Drop Me a Lime” and “LILAC You Mean It” as well as the tie-too-tight friendly black, brown and platinum finishes. 

The Prime is kitted with Bluetooth 1.1, 1.2, 2.0 and 2.1 + EDR support, 10 meter range, 4.5 hours talk time, 8 days standby time and two simultaneous device connections (iPhone + PS3, anyone?).
