This find actually made my morning as it’s one accessory I’d actually utilize. I travel often and one thing I always hate doing is having to toss all my ties in to my duffle without really being able to organize and protect them as I’d like. Leather goods maker Moore & Giles has a wonderful lineup for the coming spring and summer seasons, with many of the fine hand made products already hitting stockists. The Slim Portfolio will surely be a fan favorite, as it comes in two different flavors. The brown finish is crafted of American bison leather and fitted with a striped cotton interior, single divider and interior leather business card and pen holder. The other more low-key alternative is a black shell made of Brompton leather with all the other offerings of the brown version.
Both are great for the sunny days to come, perfect for any travels-light student or business man on the go.

Moore & Giles’ Buffalo nubuck and leather Overnight and Weekend bags have just hit Blackbird‘s already-impressive stockroom. M&G is a Virginia-based design and supply firm that has a strong presence in all major national markets as well as key interests internationally in England, United Arab Emirates, Singapore and Hong Kong just to name a few.
Their current lineup of bags feature top carry handles, three interior pockets (one zip), luggage tags, and a 58″ adjustable/removable padded shoulder strap. These aristocratic carry-alls’ expandable, full zipper closure make them easy to pack, plus the vintage appeal makes them an essential for the fall/winter season that’s upon us. The Overnight bag is 19″ long compared to the Weekend bag which is 23″ in length, and are priced at $552 and $615 respectively.
