With the content to revolve around a certain theme each year, the inaugural issue focuses on Sports for the Olympic year. “With imagery and text by both iconic and up-and-coming photographers, artists, and writers, the magazine features a range of incredible, athletic content.” Look for OC Annual to also come in a unique iPad application, featuring exclusive content captured by Bruce Weber, Poppy de Villeneuve, and a host of artists. The print magazine is available now in limited numbers through Opening Ceremony.

We’ve reported on some top-notch collaborations for Fall 2011 and this one between Opening Ceremony and Rodarte is ranking pretty high, folks. The styles are well-cut and extremely wearable with a good blend of warmer fabrics and muted hues. The imagery, captured by Autumn de Wilde, is captivating with its Scandinavia-inspired dream sequence.

Iconic Hawaiian brand Reyn Spooner has teamed up with New York-based retailer Opening Ceremony for a limited edition capsule collection. The lineup features eight long and short-sleeve shirts produced in Hawaii as well as men’s shorts and even a few pieces for the ladies. Archival Reyn Spooner fabric was used to make every piece and was selected by OC and Reyn Spooner from a range of vintage cotton and rayon prints from different eras.
Reyn Spooner for Opening Ceremony is available now at Opening Ceremony locations in New York, Los Angeles, at the Ace Hotel in New York and online at www.openingceremony.us. Shirts retail from $130 to $150 while the shorts are $170.

Warriors of Radness had a tremendous 2010 and it seems they’ve picked up right where they left off this year. Levi’s and Opening Ceremony are collaborating for the third time to bring us the Levi’s Chambray for Opening Ceremony collection which looks to shed light on one of Levi’s most iconic and classic looks. Levi’s has been building its iconic work wear shirts out of sturdy cotton chambray for over a century and this collaboration takes the offering further than ever before. Opening Ceremony‘s dropped looks from their Spring 2011 collection and it’s looking quite promising. The shots were captured by Terry Richardson. The lineup’s filled with some really well cut pieces in lightweight pieces including a very eclectic cotton suit.
