Makers of the original Harrington, Baracuta‘s blessed the masses with an all new technical and modern update with the “James” cycling jacket. Hypebeast tells us the “jacket features a fully waterproof and breathable material to ensure you’re dry and cool in any condition. From a design point, the jacket is cut longer in the arms and in the back. Other things include a 5-point vented wing back, press studs on the sleeves to reduce wind drag and waterproof zips on the front of the jacket.”

The fine folks at StyleCrave have given us a glimpse at Super’s latest creation — The RSF Bread and Butter Berlin Edition. “One of my top frame choices this year has got to be the Super RSF Bread & Butter Berlin Edition with straight top frames in a nice butterscotch shade. Clear lenses by Zeiss combine forces with that drool-worthy Italian construction and tortoiseshell effect. Mmmm… vintage-y, with 180 made and individual numbering.”

Only 180 of these hand-made beauties will ever see the light of day, each with individual numbering.

To commemorate the 40th anniversary of Apollo 11′s landing on the moon, Omega’s released a special edition Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch. Definitive Touch tells us the “limited edition timepiece is a replica of the Orginal Speedmaster Professional worn by Buzz Aldrin to the moon and it features shatter-proof acrylic crystal (also known as Hesalite), a stainless steel bracelet, and a small commemorative medallion imprinted with the Apollo 11 Mission Patch. The Apollo 11 Mission Patch depicts an eagle with an olive branch landing on the lunar surface, with earth in the background.”

The back of each watch is engraved with the limited edition number, the date and time of the first moon landing, and the words “The First Watch Worn on the Moon”. Each watch comes in a black box that includes a silver medallion in honor of the mission, a Certificate of Authenticity and information on the mission.

Japanese watch brand Alive Tokyo has teamed up with Korean studio BrownBreath for the ’12 Gan-Ji’ wristwatch. The design is based on “12 Gan-ji,” an oriental time concept that divides a day by 12 terms, a belief shared by both Korean and Japanese cultures. For example, 子 means 2 hours from 11 to 1. all of the 12 terms are the counterpart of 12 different
animals.
