YMC and London Undercover have teamed up to produce a set of two Navajo-print umbrellas for Fall 2012. Each umbrella is made with a single piece of solid, dark brown Maple wood with combined shaft & handle. The Navajo External features two subtly different Navajo style prints on both the inside and out. The Navajo Internal is comprised of a deluxe Dark Navy poly cotton with the native-american inspired print on the inside. Each Umbrella includes a special collaborative wooden tag as well.

In their first project with Carhartt, London Undercover presents this folded camouflage umbrella as part of their Spring/Summer 2012 collection. The Detroit-based brand has been around since the late 1800s and has been known to craft some of the most durable and functional product for the hardworking American. Since 1994 Carhartt has been distributed in Europe through Work In Progress, adapting Carhartt to the European market. It has grown in to one of the leading brands in the European Streetwear scene. This umbrella comes complete with a compact metal-clip sleeve, laser engraved handle & cotton hand strap. As with all of their folded umbrellas, it’s presented in a special London Undercover tube.

London Undercover really knows how to stay relevant. They’ve been dropping some really impressive umbrellas, all made with people that have a story to tell, one that shows through the final product. This time, they’ve teamed up with Michael Williams of A Continuous Lean for the “New York” umbrella. This is their second drop and features a maple wood handle/shaft, industrial strength frame and a plaid waterproof canopy.

London Undercover has made this umbrella which pays homage to the classic vintage Green Line coaches that linked central London with country towns within a 30-mile radius. The umbrella is really special as it features vintage Lincoln Green exterior with hints of gold and a 1960′s Routemaster seat fabric pattern interior. The maple wood shaft & handle are fitting as well.

Amsterdam’s Tenue de Nîmes has teamed up with London Undercover for this special denim umbrella. The collaboration delivers a timeless classic with a much welcomed modern touch. It’s made with an industrial strength traditional frame of natural beech woodwork which guides your eye to beautifully detailed artwork on the inside, made by Japanese illustrator Hiyoko Imai. There’s actually more to the design than meets the eye.

The cotton flower illustration not only tells a story about denim, but also echoes the decorative nature of ancient parasols, which were often embellished with lavish, floral designs. It’s this attention to detail and perspective, combined with the modern element of denim that makes this such a truly special piece.

The umbrella is available now through London Undercover online and Tenue de Nîmes in Amsterdam.

This might be one of the most well-designed umbrellas I’ve ever come across and no surprise it’s coming from the folks over at London Undercover. It’s made from double-layered bamboo tartar and fitted with a natural bamboo/whangee handle and black outer canvas. The design’s exclusive for The Garbstore.
