With PROJECT and Nick Wooster reconnecting next week for the second season of PROJECT Wooster in Las Vegas, we’ve got a preview video highlighting the collaborative effort and seeing what direction Mr. Wooster is going to take the initiative this time around. Nick and PROJECT president Andrew Pollard took a trip to Japan to see how American heritage is being perceived there. Look for this to be the focus of this season’s PROJECT Wooster with brands like Visvim, Monitaly, Kapital, Nepenthes, United Arrows, and a few others on display. “Regardless of what you’ve seen in Florence, Milan, Paris, or New York, there will be some surprises. And I’m excited for several new collaborations with brands that I really respect.”

Earlier this month, Scott Schuman, most notably known as The Sartorialist, hosted a lunch at a small Trattoria in Florence. The setting was simple yet timeless, perfectly in line with the gentlemen that would be on hand. This would also be the set for the first video from a man that’s known for his effortless stills. The Inaugural Sartorialist Lunch took place during Pitti Uomo in Florence, Italy and will be a biannual event moving forward. Here’s how it all came to be:

The Porsche 911 has been the pride and joy of the prestigious automaker for decades and continues to set the bar for what a sports car should be. With this video, we get to see how the brand and its 911 have evolved over the years. “Our identity is the 911. This is especially true, even in the 21st century. Project NY is in the books and we’re glad to be a part of the Blogger Project once again. Marcus Troy brought on a few more sites to the table, including our good friends at Two Inch Cuffs. The three-day tradeshow located in NYC’s Soho neighborhood brought together an amazing mixture of brands by continuing to innovate and push the limits of what a tradeshow should be. Look for Project to invade Las Vegas from February 13th to 15th.

For Fall 2012, Dior Homme‘s Kris Van Assche delivered a heavily military-inspired collection. The showing in Paris was dominated by olive colored pieces for most of the early parts with a strong mix of fabrics ranging from cashmere and leather to wool blends. Each piece tailored to perfection, the show diversified as it went on with insertions of suiting in black to bring back some classic Dior Homme styling.

Mercedes-Benz has officially unveiled the 2013 SL with this theatrical promo video to really give it a warm reception. As stated before, the new SL takes inspiration from both the SLR and SLS AMG supercar and features a ton of changes on the front end. It’s also lost some weight and is fitted with a 4.7-liter V8 with 429 hp and 516 lb-ft of torque. 0 to 100 km/h time is clocked at 4.6 seconds.

With direction from Matt Lenski and narration by The Olch himself, the video features a tutorial on how to tie the four-in-hand knot.
