Prada presents ‘Castello Cavalcanti’ by Wes Anderson

Wes Anderson recently teamed up with Prada to create an eight minute short film, ‘Castello Cavalcanti’. It’s set in 1955 and stars Jason Schwartzman as a Formula 1 drive who crashes his car into an Italian village. Giada Colagrande also co-stars to add to the fun. Video can be found below.

    Wonderful – should tie us over until the next Wes Anderson feature. Small quibble – the auto racing format is technically not Formula One, but old school open road endurance racing, which evolved more into the 24hrs Le Mans, but has its roots in the Mille Miglia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mille_Miglia) that this event is surely based on.
